Share of French leather goods manufacturers' revenues 2018, by product type
When looking at the distribution of sales from leather goods sellers, according to the type of product in France, it appears that in 2018, the handbag sector was by far the main driving force of the retail stores. That year, the sale of handbags represented almost 44 percent of the income of leatherworkers, while luggage sales accounted for a little less than 19 percent of the total revenue.
