U.S. tech professionals on how many POC are executives on leadership teams 2020
An August 2020 survey of professionals in the tech industry revealed that 67 percent of tech professionals reported that their company's leadership teams are made up of zero to 25 percent people of color. Additionally, only three percent of respondents stated that people of color made up 75 to 100 percent of their company's leadership teams.
