The results showed that pet supplies and cosmetics were the main product categories of goods for which over 95 percent of surveyed consumers stated the importance of reading reviews before purchase if the price for a product would be 2500 Russian rubles and higher. Moreover, almost 95 percent of Russian e-shoppers noted the importance of reading reviews for purchasing sporting equipment in the price range of five thousand Russian rubles and higher.
