The survey results showed that Russian e-buyers shopping for electronics and pet supplies take other users' reviews into account seriously. Namely, 60 percent of the respondents shopping for such products would check reviews on other websites and over 20 percent would rather choose another product, in case of lack of reviews. Over 30 percent of Russians who shopped online for apparel would proceed with purchase even without a product review and 27 percent preferred to look for another items.
