In July 2020, 20 percent of respondents stated that they do not check reviews on the product they have previously purchased. Over 15 percent of the surveyed audience revealed having skipped reviews because they do not write them either, spontaneous purchase was the key factor of neglecting reviews written by previous buyers for 15 percent of Russian internet shoppers.
