According to a July 2020 survey, the vast majority of respondents write reviews to share their opinion over the quality of the purchased product and in order to help their fellow buyers to make a right decision. Contrary to expectations, 44 percent of the customers were willing to write a review on rather good products and 38 percent of the audience leave reviews if the products quality did not satisfy their expectations. For over a quarter of shoppers, bonuses for future purchases or monetary incentives were key factors for writing a product review.
