According to a survey run in Germany during the third quarter of 2020, WhatsApp was named by the highest number of respondents (60 percent) as the app they could least do without. Facebook in second place was listed by 15 percent of all respondents while Instagram came in third with 12 percent saying it was one of the most important apps to them.
