As of the beginning of November 2019, 74 percent of experts from industries covered by the ETS in China stated that their companies were prepared to buy allowances as their compliance strategy for ETS. Around 69 percent of the respondents said that their companies planned to implement energy-efficiency measures to be in compliance with the ETS.
