As of the beginning of November 2019, 59 percent of experts from industries covered by the ETS in China stated that in order to handle the ETS obligations, they had assigned safety and environment staff in the teams. Around 58 percent of the respondents said that they had assigned management staff in the teams to handle the ETS obligations.
