Levels of comfort with holiday shopping offline U.S. 2020, by location

According to a survey carried out in September 2020, Americans were the least comfortable with visiting a shopping mall to do holiday shopping: Almost 60 percent of respondents were either somewhat or very uncomfortable visiting such locations. Respondents were most comfortable with shopping at a local store during the upcoming holiday season.
