According to a survey conducted among 2,000 adults in the United Kingdom (UK), as of March 2021, more people expected that the price of residential properties would increase in the next year (39 percent), compared to those who believed prices would fall (17 percent). In the beginning of the observation period, half of respondents were convinced that house prices would rise, whereas ten percent were of the opposite opinion.
