Quarterly unemployment rate in Morocco 2020-2022, by gender
In the second quarter of 2022, the unemployment rate in Morocco stood at 9.9 percent among men and 15.1 percent among women. Female unemployment has been more prevalent in the country in the period under review. The peak was reached in the fourth quarter of 2020, when 17.7 percent of the female labor force was unemployed.
