Only 16 percent of e-commerce companies in North America and Europe planned to introduce product subscription services in 2021, an October 2020 survey revealed. In comparison, 32 percent of the e-commerce executives interviewed stated they would not offer any product subscription services in the upcoming year. Up to 30 percent of respondents were still considering whether to offer subscription services or not.
