Zalando fashion transparency index score 2017-2023
Berlin-based online fashion retailer Zalando's sustainability and transparency about its sourcing and supply chain processes have declined in recent years. According to the most recent fashion transparency index scores, Zalando scored 40 out of 100 in 2023, down from 45 in 2021. According to the source, this score means that Zalando is "disclosing their first tier manufacturers as well as detailed information about their policies, procedures, social and environmental goals, governance, supplier assessment and remediation processes."
