Reasons for giving up on online purchases in Taiwan 2020
According to the survey conducted among consumers from Taiwan in 2020, around 51 percent of respondents said they would give up on their online purchases if the shipping costs or fees were too high. Meanwhile, approximately 35 percent of the consumers did not complete their purchase because their desired item was out of stock.
