In 2020 in India, a paradoxical trend can distinctly be observed for age groups 46-55 years followed by 25-35 years. The age groups reflect a high willingness to adopt teleconsultation services with 76 and 67 percent respectively, yet are not convinced by the efficacy in delivering results due to low trust. The share of trust levels were 33 percent for 46-55 years and 24 percent for 25-35 years.
