The eSports market has boomed in recent years, with more and more viewers tuning in to watch their favorite games being played by some of the best gamers in the world. eSports viewers can watch players compete against each other, individually or in teams, in multiplayer video game tournaments across the world. During a December 2019 survey in Canada, almost 20 percent of eSports fans in Canada stated that they followed racing eSports games.
