Number of enterprises engaged in B2B e-commerce only in Japan 2020, by industry
In a survey conducted in 2020, over 11 thousand enterprises of the wholesale and retail trade industry active in e-commerce in Japan were exclusively engaging in business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce. Wholesale and retail trade businesses along with manufacturing enterprises accounted for the majority of businesses that offered their e-commerce services only to other enterprises.
