During a survey carried out in June 2020, 45 percent of respondents in Mexico said that, once the quarantine implemented against COVID-19 is over, their main means of transportation when moving would be by walking, a growth of 13 percentage points compared to before the confinement. Furthermore, most participants stated that face masks were an essential accessory when leaving their house.
