Monthly average prices for cucumber in Egypt 2019-2023
The monthly average price for cucumbers in Egypt was measured at 10.84 Egyptian pounds (0.35 U.S. dollars) per kilogram as of May 2023, a drop of around 3.64 percent from the previous month. From January 2019 onwards, severe price fluctuations were registered, with the price's lower bound at 5.74 Egyptian pounds (0.19 U.S. dollars) per kilogram in February 2021, and the higher bound at 12.06 Egyptian pounds (0.39 U.S. dollars) per kilogram in November and December 2019.
