Improvement areas for health insurance free-look period India 2020
In a survey conducted in 2020 in India, the share of respondents who felt that there was a need for improvement in communication during the trial or free-look period was almost 50 percent. About 45 percent felt there was room for improvement with cancellation processes while 46 percent expressed potential for improvement with the free-look duration period.
