A study from 2019 showed that German mobile users tended to accept more often (50.9 percent) consent notices where the website listed a category of cookies (for different purposes) with a series of pre-checked checkboxes. By doing do, the website publisher sort of nudged the users into giving their consent to all the cookies' categories.
On the other hand, German users were more cautious when the cookies consent notice was related to advertising and marketing uses (here indicated with vendor) by third party services, in particular when the checkboxes were not already selected.
