In December 2023, the Japan Real Estate Institute (JREI) Home Price Index for existing condominiums in Saitama Prefecture fell by approximately 1.9 percent compared to the same month a year ago, standing at around 91.3 index points.
Besides, the JREI publishes home price indices for Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba Prefectures, as well as a composite index for the Tokyo Metropolitan Area as a whole.
