According to a recent survey conducted by Rakuten Insight on gym memberships in the Philippines, 53 percent of respondents with gym memberships between 25 and 34 years old stated that they went to the gym or fitness studio several times a week. By comparison, seven percent of respondents with gym memberships between 16 and 34 years old stated that they rarely exercised in the gym or fitness studio.
