Export value of cocoa beans from Ghana 2015-2023
In 2023, the export value of cocoa beans and cocoa products from Ghana amounted to around 2.1 billion U.S. dollars, which was a decrease of about eight percent from the preceding year. Within the observed period, the highest value of the exports was achieved in 2021, with approximately 2.84 billion U.S. dollars. Cocoa beans and cocoa products are a very important commodity in Ghana, as they represent a large percentage of the country's total exports.
