In 2023, Austria welcomed nearly 31 million international travelers. That year, Tyrol was the most visited Austrian state by inbound tourists, reporting around 10.7 million arrivals. Salzburg and Vienna followed in the ranking, with roughly 5.9 million and 5.8 million international arrivals, respectively.
