In order to facilitate sustainable economic growth, China is expected to invest in various forms of new infrastructure such as high-speed rail, rail transit, and EV charging stations by 2030. The estimated volume of investment in national high-speed rail and rail transit infrastructure amounted to 800 billion yuan in 2020, while investment in EV charging stations lied at 10 billion yuan.
