Main reasons for companies to not implement LGBT support policies in Japan 2019
According to a survey conducted in November 2019 about diversity in the workplace, about 50 percent of surveyed companies did not have plans to implement LGBT support policies because they claim to not have any employees or colleagues identifying as members of the LGBT community.
