Nigeria is one of the largest oil producers in the world. In June 2024, its daily oil production reached close to 1.3 million barrels. Furthermore, a drop in gasoline prices of 0.08 percent was registered in September 2023. However, diesel prices paid by consumers in Nigeria increased by 4.27 percent in September 2023.
