Impact of COVID-19 outbreak on watching sports Japan 2020

According to a survey conducted in June 2020, close to 16 percent of respondents in Japan stated that the sports games they wanted to watch on TV or the internet got canceled due to the impact of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Around 11 percent began to watch past games or highlights from previous Olympics or other professional sports after the outbreak of the disease.
