As reported in a study from 2020 on the awareness and effectiveness of digital advertising placed at train station concourse and corridors, 34 percent of respondents, who took actions in response to such ads, visited a website or searched online for the advertised product or service. On the other hand, only 17 percent of respondents recommended a product or brand in response to a digital ad displayed in a train station or corridor.
