Home improvement budget in France 2020, by housing occupancy status
In 2020, 41 percent of people who were renting their home in France did not have any budget for home improvements. That same year, one quarter of home owners were in the same situation. Furthermore, 32 percent of property owners considered spending between 501 and 5,000 euros on this type of projects.
