According to a survey among Indian urban youth about life in lockdown, a majority of people in the country thought that lockdown was necessary to curtail the spread of coronavirus in April 2020. Hyderabad had the highest share of five percent of people among other cities who thought lockdown was not a necessity to prevent the spread of the virus.
