Growth of wholesale and retail e-commerce value Thailand 2020, by product and service
In 2020, the growth rate of e-commerce value generated from Thailand's computers, electronics and IT services was around 127.1 percent, which was the highest rate among other products and services in the wholesale and retail industry. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the government and companies issued measures and policy for employees to work from home which increased the demand of computer, electronics and IT services in the country.
