This survey was based on respondents who have used a mobile phone in the last three months but have not used mobile internet in the last three months, despite being aware of mobile internet (excludes mobile users who are not aware of mobile internet).
Percentages indicate the proportion of respondents who answered, “This is one of the most important reasons stopping me” to the question, “Which, if any, of those factors would you say are the most important reasons stopping you from using the internet on a mobile phone?”
