Opinion on the changing interaction between the manager and AI in France 2019
In a constantly changing world, players in the insurance industry must continually innovate in order to face the emergence of new technological means. Of these new technologies, the growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) appears to be a key challenge for insurance industry professionals, insofar as the implementation of artificial intelligence presents risks with regard to the management profession. Indeed, 32 percent of the respondents thought that, in the long term, AI will eventually replace the manager.
