Reasons why people in France do not subscribe to online insurance contracts 2017

Subscribing to an insurance contract has become easier thanks to the implementation of new connected tools and services. However, if insurance companies in France now have the ability to offer their customers new online solutions that allow them to subscribe to insurance policies online, it seems like there were still some reluctances to their use among French people. Indeed, 67 percent of the respondents said that they felt more comfortable when they had a direct contact with their counsellor.
