Satisfaction with the online subscription process in France 2017
With the emergence of new connected tools in the insurance sector, it seemed like subscribing to an insurance coverage was becoming easier. Indeed, French insurance companies now had the opportunity to offer their customers fully digitalized solutions. And it clearly appears from the results of this survey, that a large part of people in France were satisfied with the online subscription process.
