Methods used to increase the potential supply of female pilots 2020
According to a survey carried out in 2020, 65 percent of respondents from the aviation industry stated that they use specific recruiting events to increase the potential supply of female pilots. The same report revealed that only a little share of managers in the aviation industry does nothing to bridge the gender gap in piloting.
