During a 2021 survey, roughly 41 percent of small and medium-sized enterprises who used postal services in the UK stated that they were very satisfied with Royal Mail postal services. The same survey around revealed that 13 percent of customers from SMEs were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with other providers.
