As of an April 2020 survey, the majority of legal professional respondents agreed to some extent that COVID-19 would have a lasting impact on the way law firms like theirs would operate. In addition to this, over 620 of the legal professional surveyed agreed that COVID-19 will have a lasting impact on the way their firm uses technology.
