As of 2018, Mauritius, Kenya and Rwanda had the best performance regarding cyber security in the Sub-Saharan Africa. The countries reached, respectively, the following scores: 88, 74.8 and 69.7. In contrast, the Democratic Republic of Congo scored lowest at 0.8.
