Self-perceived addiction of social networking services (SNS) among youth Japan 2020
According to a survey from June 2020, around 44 percent of young social media users in Japan who were aged between 17 to 19 years old thought that they were or had been addicted to social media. The same survey showed that the share of young people who were using social media in Japan stood at about 91.6 percent.
