This ranking presents the 30 main French groups in the aeronautics sector in 2016, according to their turnover. In first position, Airbus, one of the world champions in the aeronautics sector, had that year a turnover of more than 66 billion euros. It was thus far above its competitors since the second on the list, Safran, recorded a turnover of around 16.6 billion euros.
