In 2018, the distribution of soft drink sales affected by the Soft Drink Industry Levy, which was introduced in April of the same year, had changed compared to 2015. The share of drinks that contained five gram of sugar per 100 ml or less had increased by 15 percent. The share of drinks with more than five gram but less than eight had halved. While the share of soft drinks with eight gram or more per 100 milliliter fell by eleven percent.
