Under the scenario that each operator built a 5G network independently in Russia, the estimated investment was forecast to range between 550 and 610 billion Russian rubles over the period from 2020 to 2027. In the case where operators shared infrastructure, the minimum possible investment would be 400 billion Russian rubles.
