According to a survey on household sport practice in Saudi Arabia in 2019, most male and female youth respondents do not exercise because they were unwilling to practice sport at about 55.5 percent and 48.3 percent respectively. The youth population between the age of 15 to 34 was the highest in Saudi Arabia in 2020 among all age groups.
