Between March and June 2020, seven percent of Black Americans used video chat more frequently to get in touch with their bank adviser or branch staff than usual, while only four percent of White Americans stated that it was the case. In fact, more than 80 percent of White Americans said that they didn't use video chat to contact their bank at all.
