Food delivery app usage after COVID-19 lockdown India 2023

As per the results of a survey on Indian food delivery apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in April 2023, about 90 percent of the respondents stated that they would continue to order food online even after the open and social distancing measures were lifted. By contrast, just above 10 percent would discontinue ordering food online after lockdown across India.
