Americans who phoned their banks during COVID-19 in 2020, by race

Between March and June 2020, 11 percent of Black Americans made more phone calls with their bank adviser or branch staff than usual, while only six percent of White Americans stated that it was the case. However, about 68 percent of White Americans said that they didn't call their banks at all.
